David's Bridal T9513 Short unclassified dresses

I bought my dress at a store in Carmel, Indiana called "Beloved Brides." I wore it the entire day of my wedding including the reception on June 6th, 2015. It has minimal wear or tear to it. Beautiful BALL GOWN style dress that fits perfectly. It is WHITE, not ivory. Has many beautiful details on it! I am the first person to have worn it. It is a David's Bridal dress that was bought by "Beloved Brides" and then resold. Has a medium length train. Zippers up in the back. I had the original receipt showing I bought it for $757, but unfortunately it seems that I have thrown it away as I cannot find it.
