This dress is new. I originally bought it at a sale for my wedding, but decided to go with a different dress for the actual day. It's in great condition! The silk drapes beautifully. The belt is attached, but the Jenny Packham associate said it can easily be removed if you wanted to style with a different belt.
I am a waist size 27, bra size 34B, and it fit perfectly. (This dress is a UK 10 size.)
