Size 12, true to size. ***My measurements- bust 37.5'' (in the bra I was wearing), waist 29'', 5' 4.5'' tall. I wear a size 8-10 Walmart brand jeans & it's loose on me. 45" from back bottom of lace to hem. Zipper length = 17'' Dress could be altered down to a size 8 and you could probably fit a size 14 in it. BELT NOT INCLUDED.
