Other Chi Chi London/Modcloth Sparkling Celebration Dres Formal unclassified dresses

This is a BEAUTIFUL dress! It has never been worn, and the tags are still on it. I just took too long debating to return it. It has beautiful lace detail at the neck and hem, and cap sleeves. It has a bardot neckline, and an ankle length fluffy skirt (unless you are taller or shorter, it hit the floor with me at 5'2"), with a side zip. I really wanted this to work, but it won't work with my venue. It's a UK 16, which is a US 12. It has had no alterations.
